Courtesy Window Cleaners Ltd. was founded in 1977 by Don McCabe and Gerry McQuade.

Within two or three years the company became sole proprietorship with Don McCabe
as owner until 2007, also within this time Courtesy Window Cleaners was very fortunate to acquire Bob McCue as foreman, Bob is very well liked by our customers and staff.  DEAN PAULSON came aboard in 2002 and become an additional supervisor for the growing crew of more than twenty.
When 2007 arrived, discussions begin between Don McCabe and Dean Paulson. With Deans experience and excellent capabilities Don was more than confident in transferring ownership over to DEAN PAULSON in 2007 making him the new owner of Courtesy Window Cleaners.

Dean has 20 + years experience with all aspects of commercial & strata property maintenance, including; inaccessible exterior window cleaning, sealants, pressure washing and bird control.

Dean Paulson has continued to manage Courtesy with the same values and work ethic that has made it successful for the first 30 years. Now that we are approaching our 35th year Courtesy looks forward to a bright future and continued success. Courtesy’s success is due in large part to our continued focus on customer satisfaction.
